Step 1
Marking
Before starting, the main affected points are marked, with the patient standing, so that the cellulite foci can be precisely identified
Stage 2
Local anesthesia and collagen biostimulation
Immediately after the appointment, local anesthesia is administered, especially in the areas to be peeled. Biostimulation is then carried out on the entire area to be treated.
Step 3
Subcutaneous displacement
Finally, the doctor detaches the fibers that pull on the skin and removes the cellulite one by one. The fibrous septa are broken using a bevelled needle, which allows for scarless treatment, restoring the skin's smooth appearance, reducing the pressure caused by localized fat, normalizing blood circulation and reducing swelling.
COLLAGEN BIOSTIMULATION
It is made with particulate substances made up of microspheres that serve as pillars for the growth of new collagen-rich tissue. Only products approved by Anvisa are used, and they can be absorbable or not.
This is one of Goldincision’s differentials, as it helps to reduce sagging, one of the causes of cellulite that remained untreated in conventional techniques.
Post-procedure
